Norbert was a tropical storm in the North Pacific Ocean Thursday morning Pacific time, the National Hurricane Center said in its latest advisory. Norbert is the 14th named storm to form in the Eastern Pacific in 2026.

There could be an increase in tropical moisture, including showers and humidity, for the latter part of the coming week.
