A few days ago at Gold’s, I ran into @robertfkennedyjr while I was on the incline bench. He mentioned his banged-up rotator cuff, so I offered him the Sling Shot for a couple sets of bench press. I’m grateful for his generosity in trying out my invention. The Sling Shot, created years ago to train around a shoulder injury, was a huge help throughout my powerlifting career. If you’ve experienced pain, you know how amazing it feels to find relief and bench press without discomfort. Always a blast
